We can provide visa application documents to exhibitors who have completed their exhibition fee payment at least two months before the exhibition period. Please note that the organizer cannot guarantee the approval of your visa application. We do not issue invitation letters for visitors.

List your products, services, and booth PR information in our online guidebook on the official website free of charge. This allows you to effectively reach potential visitors searching online and enables them to request materials in advance through the system.

We can introduce specialist companies to assist with booth design, staffing, and product import logistics, supporting you from preparation through to the exhibition. This service helps ensure a smooth setup and operation for exhibitors facing challenges such as booth design, staff shortages, or import concerns.

About two and a half months before the exhibition, the show management office will support your company’s sales growth. We offer a free seminar where you can learn how to make the most of the exhibition — including tips on booth design, effective ways to attract visitors,preparation procedures, and important regulations and guidelines for exhibitors.

You can enhance your exhibition results by using our promotional services, including banner placements on the official exhibition website and visitor invitation email ads. With many exhibitors participating side by side, these services help your company stand out and leave a stronger impression on visitors.
