Leading Pilates educator in Thailand with over 15 years of professional teaching experience. Recognized as the country’s first Balanced Body® Master Instructor, with comprehensive certifications across Mat, Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Barrels, CoreAlign, MOTR®, and Bodhi Suspension.
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science (Sports Medicine), along with international credentials including ACE® Certified Personal Trainer and NSCA® Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Well known for precise movement cueing, anatomy-based programming, and the ability to guide practitioners from foundational movement principles to specialized applications for rehabilitation and performance. Experienced in delivering sessions in both Thai and English for diverse student groups, fitness professionals, and international conference audiences.
