Pilates & Gyrotonic Instructor
Pilates & Gyrotonic Instructor with over a decade of multidisciplinary training, certified across Mat, Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Barrels, MOTR, Bodhi Suspension, and CoreAlign.
Background includes extensive Balanced Body® education, specialization in scoliosis, spinal asymmetry, pre- & post-natal training, sports performance reformer work, and neuromyofascial movement.
Additional qualifications include GYROTONIC® Level 1 (Pre-Training & Foundation), anti-aging sports medicine, functional movement training, and professional Thai massage.
Experienced in integrating Pilates, Gyrotonic, and functional conditioning to support athletes and everyday movers.

Running Coach
A running coach with a background in Sports Science (Coaching and Psychology) from Chulalongkorn University. He has over 10 years of experience working as a personal trainer, tennis coach, and fitness instructor, and is an ACE-certified personal trainer. He is currently active in the running community through coaching and run club involvement.
