Senior Pilates and strength instructor with more than 10 years of teaching experience at FIT Thailand. Holds both B.S. and M.Ed. degrees in Physical Education, providing a strong academic foundation in movement science and exercise pedagogy.
Balanced Body® certified across Mat, Reformer, and full Pilates apparatus, with additional training in yoga and strength conditioning.
Known for integrating Pilates with strength-based methods to build balanced, stable, and resilient bodies. Experienced in guiding participants through movement preparation, functional strength development, and safe progression into classical Pilates work. Frequently works with general fitness populations, new practitioners, and individuals seeking structured strength-focused Pilates training.
