Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science (Sports Medicine), along with international credentials including ACE® Certified Personal Trainer and NSCA® Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Well known for precise movement cueing, anatomy-based programming, and the ability to guide practitioners from foundational movement principles to specialized applications for rehabilitation and performance.
